# Relens

## Data sources

All sources are optional and can be connected simultaneously. All access is read-only — Relens can never write, modify, or delete anything in your accounts.

- **Google Analytics 4** — traffic, sessions, conversions, bounce rate, top pages, acquisition channels, new vs. returning users. Connected via Google OAuth (`analytics.readonly` scope).
- **Shopify** — revenue, orders, products, customers, refunds, average order value, margins. Connected via Shopify OAuth (read-only).
- **Klaviyo** — email campaigns, flows, lists, open rates, click rates, revenue attribution. Connected via a read-only private API key.
- **Omnisend** — campaigns, revenue attribution, contact growth, open and click rates. Connected via API key.
- **Support email (IMAP)** — ticket volume, response times, unanswered threads, top senders, email metadata. Connected via IMAP credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM).

## Capabilities

- Answer plain-English questions about connected data in real time — no SQL, no dashboards
- Cross-source analysis: correlate GA4 traffic spikes with email campaign sends, map acquisition channels to Shopify revenue, link support volume to order trends
- Generate inline charts and data visualizations
- Export any answer as a formatted PDF with one click
- Accept file attachments in chat (CSV, XLSX, PDF, images) to include in analysis
- Save conversations as reports and revisit them later
- Lens 1.0 knowledge mode: answer analytics methodology and strategy questions from a built-in knowledge base, without needing a connected data source

## Pricing

- **Free trial**: 3 questions total — all 5 data sources available, no credit card required
- **Pro – Monthly**: $20 / month — 200 questions per month, all data sources, PDF exports, saved reports
- **Pro – Yearly**: $200 / year (equivalent to $16.67 / month) — same features as monthly Pro

Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Subscriptions managed via Stripe.

## Security & privacy

- All data source connections are read-only — Relens cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your accounts
- GA4 and Shopify data is fetched live on each request and not stored after your answer is generated
- API keys and IMAP credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage — secrets are never kept in plaintext
- Email content (metadata and snippets) is not stored after the answer is generated
- Payments are processed by Stripe — Relens does not store card details
- GDPR compliant — operated by United Merchants Ltd, a registered UK company (Company No. 12406699)
- Session cookies only — no tracking or advertising cookies
